My thoughts on the recent Iran deal

Is the recent deal with Iran a “historic mistake for Israel”, or is there room for optimism?

I am more optimistic than others, although the deal does contain some areas of concern. I absolutely understand why some of my Israeli compatriots are suspicious of the Iranian regime ^[1].
